Physical Therapist, Owner

Todd is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and Emory University. He opened Arkadelphia Physical Therapy Center in 1999.

Jennifer Smith, physical therapy technician at Arkadelphia Physical Therapy.

Jenifer Smith, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

Jenifer is a 2002 graduate of Nevada High School in Rosston. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Southern Arkansas University in 2023, and graduated with an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from South Arkansas College in 2025.

Tammy is a graduate of Arkadelphia High School, Henderson State University, and DeVry University, and manages daily operations of the clinic and billing. She is married to Mike McCauley.

Beth is originally from Malvern, a graduate of White Hall High School, and provides excellent customer service while managing the clinic providers’ schedules. She is married to Coleman Rogers.

"I highly recommend Todd George's Arkadelphia Physical Therapy for anyone who needs PT. After both total knee replacements 6 months apart, I spent three days a week for a number of weeks there. Everyone who works there is awesome. Todd believes that while PT is hard work, there is no reason each patient can't have some fun. His employees are professional but so friendly. They all take an interest in each patient. They are encouraging, motivating, a little pushy when it's time to up your workout, but quick to ease back if there is any pain. That "no pain, no gain" does not apply here. Pain is a message and these folks take that message seriously. I have been in PT in other places, and the attention each patient gets at APT is reassuring. And it is clear that all the workers enjoy working with Todd. Such a great bunch! They made it as enjoyable as they can while making each patient stronger with each session.
